Almeida Roofing was able to schedule within 24 hours after making my initial call. I work with lots of contractors, roofers, handymen and communication is very important. I had no challenges with Almeida Roofing. They answered their phone, responded by email quickly and showed up when they said they would. Pricing was fair and estimate was detailed and easy to read. I plan on working with Almeida Roofing again.

As we were not able to travel to Arizona but needed our roof done. Almeida Roofing came in and did our roof during the hottest days of this summer. As per contract they did everything on the contract and sent us pictures to update us on the progress. We just returned and the work on the roof looks great! Almeida Roofing was the only ONE (1) of eight contractors that said we did not need our entire roof replaced just repaired from the recent monsoon season! More importantly they did a GREAT Job on time and on budget and actually used a higher higher grade of materials that was not included in their original bid at NO additional cost. Kevin and Melissa were fabulous to work with and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof repaired or replaced. We are very happy that we chose Almeida Roofing. The entire process of bidding and installation was handled in a very professional and customer service oriented manner. Their bid was fair and everything was done with keeping me informed as one of their priorities. When they found the bad wood that I knew they would, they brought it to our attention immediately. The installers were all very friendly and they cleaned everything up. I would and have recommended them to friends and neighbors. Almeida Roofing is the most amazing roofing company I have ever came across while living in Phoenix. First of all their secretary Melissa is so polite and helpful and was always quick to return my emails. Kevin came and estimated my roof and didn't try to bullshit me into stuff I didn't need he was fair and honest.

Very professional group. Reasonably priced. Had to call them back to fix a few things but it was not a problem for them. I recommend them.

Nothing but good experiences with Almeida Roofing. We had our 43 year old concrete tile roof completely replaced, including a lot of plywood and fascia boards (water damage). The quote was fair and reasonable. Almeida's crew did an amazing job, and were nice enough to paint the fascia boards as they were installing them, which saved me a lot of hassle. They were quick, courteous and communicated well throughout the process. My wife and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any roof work done.

Excellent service and excellent work. Kevin came on site during our new home inspection period to give us a no-fee estimate, which seems to be rare these days. After some delays closing on the home, Melissa worked quickly with us to schedule the date of installation. They were very accommodating to take a deposit from the title company to get us on the schedule. Communication was beyond excellent via email and phone calls. I would highly recommend Almeida Roofing for any roofing needs and will happily recommend them in the future.

Family run, honest and hard-working. Almeida replaced our roof 10 years ago, and did an excellent job. Recently, we had some damage from a microburst, and they came out to replace the damaged shingles. They are timely, informative, and do great work. I'd recommend this company to anyone with ANY roofing needs!

Almeida Roofing was a pleasure to do business with. We had our entire roof replaced in July 2015. Everyone was very professional and completed the work on time and within the estimated amount. The crew leader kept us informed throughout the process and was very communicative with any questions or concerns they had. Our new roof is beautiful and we would recommend Almeida to anyone.

I chose this company because of their good reviews. The guys that came to the house and did the work were professional and effecient. There was damage done to the interior of my house. I contacted the company regarding the issues. They stated they were not responsible for the damage. I was dissatisfied with their lack of concern regarding the issue.

They were amazing. I had heard alot about the storm chasers that came to arizona so I wanted to wait awhile and let the chaos settle after the hail storm to do my roof. From the start the customer service was amazing. Alicia set up my estimate and explained to me the process so I knew what to expect. The estimator came out did exactly what Alicia said he would do and they emailed me the estimate later that day. When the crew came to do the work they knocked on the door to let me know they were there... The workers were all very nice! They cleaned up very nicely and my yard looked the way it did before they came. I was so happy with this company.. I would highly recommend them to everyone! If you go with Almeida Roofing Inc your making the best choice!

Kevin and his crew repaired shingles that had blown off and came back to find a leak that had been pledging the building for over 5 years. Kevin found 2 areas that where probable leaks were. He repaired both and charged me a reasonable price!! I will never call another roofer!! (We have even used Kyko roofing; paid a ton!)

Kevin and Melissa are a great team. They provided an estimate quickly and started the job only days later. The crew was nice and did a great job. The price was 1,000 less than KYKO and Scott with a more hassle free approach. I would not recommend any other company for your roofing repair. Great experience overall.
